Deliveries

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.

Orders will be shipped Monday to Friday from our stores.

We can deliver your order to the billing address of the card that was used to pay for the order , or you can specify an alternative address, such as a workplace, university or friend/family address.

Returns procedure

We want you to be happy with your Fitzpatricks shoes purchase. If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the goods to any of our Dublin stores. From the day the goods are received their is a 21-day return period for unworn items. Customers must also return their dispatch note or receipt(if store bought) as proof of purchase. The original box and any other items which came in the box must also be returned. Customers do not need to phone ahead when returning goods. You will receive your refund credit, or exchange(if in stock) within 2 to 3 working days after we receive the goods.
