We can deliver your order to the billing address of the card that was used to pay for the order, or you can specify an alternative address, such as a workplace, university or friend/family address.
We want you to be happy with your Fitzpatricks shoes purchase. If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the goods to the below address. From the day the goods are received there is a 14-day return period for unworn items. Customers must also return their dispatch note or receipt (if store bought) as proof of purchase. The original box and any other items which came in the box must also be returned. Customers do not need to phone ahead when returning goods. You will receive your refund, or exchange (if in stock) within 2 to 3 working days after we receive the goods.
